Newsletters:

If you sign up for our newsletter, which we send out periodically to inform our visitors of new trends, new information added to our pages and new products for sale, you can at any stage opt to have your name and address removed from our mailing list. You can also choose to have your name and address completely removed from our database.

This is achieved simply by sending us an email in response to an email from us or contacting us by clicking on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the left navigation panel, which is available on all our pages.


Traffic analysis and "cookies":

Every time you go on to any website you are risking your privacy. Some websites request cookies as a matter of course, which they can then use to "remember" you or your machine the next time you visit. These cookies are often used to track your activity too.

At Beneforce we use visitor information to determine which pages get most visitors and to track navigation to other pages of our site. At no stage do we focus on individual visitors and we never attempt to learn anything other than browsing patterns and buying patterns.

We may, in future, track traffic referred to Beneforce from an advertising campaign purely to determine the effectiveness of the ad so that we can spend our advertising budget better, but again we will not keep any data that is personal.

Selling addresses and other personal details:

Over the past decade or so a trend has developed on the internet to sell mailing lists. These mailing lists have often been acquired without the permission of all involved and even illegally "scraped" of internet traffic without the knowledge of either sender or recipient involved. These mailing lists are responsible for the bulk of the junk mail or spam that you get today.

Apart from the minimum of information needed to deliver the goods that you have purchased we at beneforce will not forward any of your information to any other party other than PayPal or any other credit card clearing house used, and as needed to fulfill your order.

We are against spam, we have never used a mailing list to promote our site or goods and have never purchased a mailing list. We believe that any form of unsolicited bulk contact over the internet is unethical and an invasion of privacy.
