Omega-3 is found in abundance in the fatty tissue of most fish. It is also
present in smaller quantities in some plants, mostly certain seaweeds and free
range cattle and birds. It is a polyunsaturated fat and although all
polyunsaturated fats a increasingly recognized as an important, if not
essential, combatant of coronary heart disease, Omega 3 is recognized as one of
the most important of the polyunsaturated fats. Omega-3 improves heart
