Stress has been a major contributing factor in many physical diseases. Most
people can cope with some stress for a while but few can deal with long bouts of
uninterrupted stress without developing negative physical symptoms.
Stress, and the cause of stress, can vary greatly from one person to another.
Not all stress is negative, for instance bringing up children may be stressful
but necessary and it is only when a parent is in a situation that there is no
relief that it becomes stressful. Learning to cope with stress is an
important part of everyday life. There are many techniques taught by therapists
and wellness organisations. I suggest that you attend one of these classes to
