| Earache Description:
A pain in the ear, which could either be intermittent or continuous, sharp or
dull, burning, sensitive to touch or a humming, hissing in the ear with little
other discomfort. It may be accompanied with reduced hearing aboility.
Earache is often a symptom of a nasal or throat infection, inflammation or other
condition that has spread to the ear because the ear, nose and throat are all
connected. Earache can also be caused by inflamed gums, tooth abscesses and
other infectious of the mouth, throat, nose and even eyes.
