assist in the change from the onset of puberty to adulthood. During this period
the person goes through extensive physical, emotional, psychological and
personality changes. Fortunately most of the nutrients needed for this
transition is adequately available in a healthy and varied diet and, unless
there are reasons to believe that the diet is inadequate, very little needs to
